Player Diet Plan
Before Practice :
6 am --
One Glass Of Milk,
2 bananas
During Practice ---
Only 5 to 6 sips of energy drink
After Practice --
5 to 10 Sips of energy drink
2 bananas
1 orange
1 Apple
And dry fruits.
After going home ---
3 Rotis , 1 cup of Daal , Mataki 100 gram (Moth beans ) ,2 bolied eggs, 1 plate rice.
Evening Time --
1 glass orange juice, 2 bananas , 2 bolied eggs, peanut butter or amul butter 2 spoons with brown bread.
Dinner ---
3 Roti , 1 plate rice , 1 cucumber or vegetables salad , 1 glass of butter milk (After dinner)
Note -- This diet is valid for 1 week till Saturday and parents kindly give a diet as per their age.
